This Overview – who we are, what we do and where we are
We are Anchor Management Ltd. A humble fishing company situated in Stellenbosch, South Africa, working its way toward sustainability and conservation, and worthiness among the large multinational fishing companies around the world.
Our fishing takes place in the oceans of Aquawaves. Our primary practice is the catching of grade A and grade B anchovy to supply to the domestic market. Our anchovy is meticulously and thoroughly processed in our warehouses, after which it is supplied to two major wholesalers.

Paul – Director

Paul is also the founder and CEO of the company
Sarah – Secretary
2020-
Sarah also serves as personal assistant to Paul (director). She handles the administration of the company.
Arthur – Operations overview
2020-
Arthur has a supervisory role to fulfill in the company as he has a floating role in the company and is used where needed.
Ben – Clerk
2020-
Ben was the first employee of the company. He is also the human resource manager as he handles the appointments of new employees.
Karen – Office management
2020-
Karen helps with general activities around the office and delegates responsibility where needed.
